Looks good to go !!! Regardless of whether or not there was an original copyright, one should have been renewed in 1981 and showing in the public database.
Nothing listed for this "CharadE2 under title, nor is there anything listed as by James Mason (should been in for the script, at least)

I think that Charade is atill under copyright because, as far as i can remamber it, it was on here once and was taken off by the internet archive staff

That was the Cary Grant-Audrey Hepburn 1963 version, which was even being featured on Like TV as public domain. The issues with THAT film may have been music and soundtrack, because there's tons of copyrights on the 1963 film's various tunes and theme
